About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused intern to join our Customer Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and learning how support operations work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve queries effectively and professionally.

Log and track customer issues in the CRM system with accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales) to follow up on customer concerns.

Troubleshoot common product issues and guide users on best practices.

Update internal knowledge base articles and FAQs.

Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to the leadership team.

Support daily operational tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of customer service tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
