Customer Support Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chats.
• Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and feedback logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth query resolution.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Freshers preferred.
