Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various startup clients
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and databases
Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Meet hiring targets and deadlines

Requirements

Prior experience hiring for
startup companies
is mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good understanding of various sourcing techniques
