Location: Prestige –Hosur Road, Adugodi Post, Tower
City:Bengaluru
Shift: 9pm-6pm
Work Mode: Work From Office
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (C2H) Conversion to full-time based on performance
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role & Responsibilities-
- Scheduling interviews basis on the availability of the candidates and interviewer and working closely with recruiters & Hiring Managers to manage overall scheduling process.
- • Following up for the feedback post interview with hiring managers.
• Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed • Internal stake holder management. • Meeting targets/metric assigned monthly.
• Maintaining Trackers. • Good written & verbal communication • Prior managing stake holder experience will help.
• Candidate should have basic excel skills • Flexible to work on Weekends depending on the volume.
