Roles & Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
* Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals & social media
* Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
* Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
* Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
* Handling offer rollout, follow-ups & joining formalities
* Ensuring timely closures as per hiring targets
