Key Responsibilities

Own the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, from requirement intake and role calibration to offer closure and successful onboarding.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities, role expectations, timelines, and success criteria.
Drive hiring across
multiple roles and skill sets
, ensuring quality and speed of execution.
Build, maintain, and proactively manage a strong candidate pipeline using multiple sourcing channels.
Conduct comprehensive initial screenings to assess candidates on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage the interview process end-to-end, ensuring timely feedback, alignment among stakeholders, and a seamless candidate experience.
Lead offer management, including compensation discussions, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement to minimize offer dropouts.
Ensure strict adherence to internal hiring processes, SLAs, and quality benchmarks while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition
, preferably in
Recruiting Solutions / RPO / Staffing / Hiring Services
environments.
Proven experience managing
end-to-end hiring
independently.
Strong stakeholder and client-management skills.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement capabilities.
Ability to manage
high-volume and niche hiring
simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
