If you are a seasoned Talent Acquisition/Recruitment professional (Specialist ) An Individual Contributor where you will lead and manage hiring (End to End Recruitment) If you have handed Non IT hiring specially front ends role along with few Tech & product hiring. We would like to meet you. This role is based out of Bangalore - JP Nagar.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment life Cycle )

End-to-end hiring for
Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Academics, Tech & Product
Headhunting & Boolean search
across LinkedIn & Naukri
Managing the
entire recruitment funnel
sourcing to offer.
Working on
timeline-driven, high-velocity hiring mandates
Acting as a strong
brand ambassador
, representing the company vision to candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Full time Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources or any other related.
Communication & interpersonal skills.
Problem solving mindset.
