- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and interviewers - Communicate with candidates via calls and emails regarding interview details and updates
- Manage calendars, reschedule, and interview logistics
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers using Excel
- Support the recruitment team with daily hiring operations
- Assist in solving scheduling and coordination challenges efficiently
- To be available on weekends for the coordination, ATS Management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with candidates
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (trackers, filters, simple formulas)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
