Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain physical and digital filing systems. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Support the procurement and inventory management of office supplies. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and office-related activities, asset managment, travel managment, onborading invoice, closely working with HR team for budget. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Collaborate with various departments to support day-to-day administrative needs. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Any Graduate Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
