Investigate issues raised by customers and provide clear, actionable solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction. Experience & Qualification required: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 1to 2 years of experience in customer service or complaint handling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. In a short period of time, Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases. Minimum 1 year of experience in Email/Chat/In-call and Outbound calling process in any BPO, e-commerce, fintech, and any customer experience organization. For Email/chat – Typing speed must be in btw 30-35 wpm. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned. Graduation and above (12th pass only in exceptional cases). Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Age should be a maximum of 28. Work from the office and 6 days working (roster off). Near Tonk Road, Dev Nagar (Maximum travel distance should be 10-12 km). Tamil, Telugu and Malayam language is a plus. Candidate who have experience from Teleperformance, vertex cosmos, Girnar, Dealshare, Innovana Thinklabs, Dr ITM will be a plus.

Responsibilities: · Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing all due diligence relating to credit checks · Provide feedback to internal teams on credit process / policies/ and sharing of best practices · Adhere to internal policies and TAT’s for loan approval · Identify potential fraudsters/ suspect customers and implement processes around them · Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation where needed · Ensure all records and documentation is maintained for all loan applications Experience required · Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role · Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products and experience in digital lending. · Basic knowledge of KYC and bureau related data · Customer service experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
