Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework. Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for regression, integration, and functional testing. Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. Debug test failures, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues quickly. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Document test results, automation strategies, and framework enhancements. Stay up to date with new automation tools, techniques, and trends especially in Python-based ecosystems. Required Skills & Experience: 6–10 years of overall QA automation experience. Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation. Hands-on experience in Robot Framework (or must be willing to quickly learn and demonstrate readiness). Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, structure, and best practices. Knowledge of API automation, UI automation, and test data management. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
