Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (inside sales, field sales, leadership) as well as other business or tech positions when required. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update hiring data, trackers, and reports. Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines. Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and pre-onboarding engagement . Preferred candidate profile 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency); SaaS or startup experience is a plus. Strong hands-on experience in domestic hiring across business and technical roles. Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms ( LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize work effectively.
