Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Associate focused on product hiring, you will play a critical role in shaping high-impact product teams by identifying and attracting top-tier talent across Engineering, Design, Product Strategy, and Business Operations. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where youll own the process end-to-endfrom sourcing to closing candidatesworking in close collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Leadership to scale our in-house product teams with speed and precision.

CTC: : 25K during the 6-month probation period. Based on performance, the salary will be revised upon successful completion of probation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding for AI Products.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and recruitment priorities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and employment terms
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
  • ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidates efficiently.
