As an HR Executive at Intellemo, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience—from hiring and onboarding to engagement and compliance.

You’ll work closely with leadership to implement people-first HR strategies, manage day-to-day HR operations, and foster a positive, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Objective for this role:

Manage end to end Recruitment/Hiring Processes

Enhance Employee Onboarding experience

Maintain Accurate HR Records & Compliance

Improve Employee Engagement & Retention

Support Payroll and Benefits Administration

Drive Performance Management

Act as a Bridge Between Management and Employees

Responsibility of this role:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee lifecycle.

Handle leave, payroll, POSH, and welfare benefits

Address employee issues and support development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills for taking first round of interviews
• Navigating HR tools - like Linkedin Jobs, CRM, Chat interface, etc.
• Empathetic with team members concerns and ensuring better work place
• Make Fridays fun by organising engaging team activities
• Help to enhance retention by ensuring people oriented work culture
• Any Bachelor's degree is fine
• Previous experience/internship in HR role is required
