The Opportunity

This isn't just another entry-level product role. As our first Associate Product Manager, you will have a direct and immediate impact on the success of our platform. You will work side-by-side with the CEO/CTO and engineering team to ensure we build the right features, and that we build them right. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Quality & Testing:

  Act as the first line of defense for product quality. Meticulously test new features against requirements to identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies before they reach users.

• User Behavior Analysis:

  Dive deep into user session recordings (e.g., Microsoft Clarity) and product analytics to understand user behavior, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Competitive & Market Research:

  Continuously analyze competitor products, industry trends, and new AI technologies to identify opportunities and potential threats. Present findings to the product and leadership teams.

• Cross-Functional Alignment:

  Serve as a key communication bridge between design, engineering, and marketing teams. Ensure everyone is aligned on feature requirements, project timelines, and launch plans with a proactive approach.

• Product Documentation:

  Assist in writing clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

• Issue Triage & Management:

  Document, prioritize, and track bugs and feature requests in our project management tools. Work closely with engineering to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  1-2 years of experience in a product-adjacent role such as Product Analyst, QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or a relevant product management internship.

• Analytical Mindset:

  Highly analytical and data-curious, with the ability to turn observations from user videos and data into actionable insights.

• Attention to Detail:

  An exceptional eye for detail and a passion for product quality. You are bothered by things that are "not quite right."

• Proactive & Organized:

  Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to aligning teams and solving problems before they become blockers.

• Tech-Savvy:

  A genuine interest in technology, particularly in SaaS, AI, and the marketing technology (MarTech) landscape.

• Education:

  A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
