Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Conduct induction, training coordination and employee engagement activities.
Assist management in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate performance appraisals and handle employee queries.
Support in maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with HR laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Management or a related field.
Proven experience of 1 - 4 years as an HR Executive, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, HR processes and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
