With products like body washes, body lotions, and mists, we focus on creating high-quality, affordable luxury experiences rooted in wellness, efficacy, and aesthetics. We're now looking for a dynamic, analytical, and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth through digital paid channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Paid Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize high-ROI paid media campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels (Amazon, Flipkart if applicable) Create and A/B test performance creatives in collaboration with design/content teams Optimize performance across CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, and CPC metrics 2. Growth Strategy Own monthly performance marketing budget and customer acquisition targets Identify growth opportunities through new channels (influencer whitelisting, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.) Lead performance strategy for new product launches, sales, and festive campaigns 3. Analytics & Reporting Build and track dashboards with daily/weekly/monthly KPIs Monitor customer funnel data (click-to-cart, add-to-wishlist, checkouts, conversions, etc.) and suggest optimization strategies Provide insights on audience behavior and suggest targeting improvements 4. Landing Page & CRO Coordinate with tech and design to create and A/B test landing pages Improve conversion rates through funnel tweaks, messaging, and UX enhancements 5.
