About the Role

Data Analytics Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, BI, and related technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and hiring process.
  • Source high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, market mapping, social platforms, talent databases).
  • Screen candidates for technical and soft-skill fit; evaluate understanding of SQL, Python, statistical concepts, ML basics, cloud technologies, and BI tools.
  • Coordinate interview processes, assessments, and debriefs with stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research on compensation, industry trends, and competitor hiring insights.
  • Use ATS and recruitment analytics to track pipelines, measure metrics, and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Build and maintain employer branding initiatives tailored to analytics and tech talent.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear and timely communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably focusing on data or analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and roles (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, data modeling).
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring for niche or hard-to-fill technical positions.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full time MBA with HR background.
  • Experience recruiting for cloud analytics roles (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with analytics interview processes and technical assessment tools.
  • Prior experience hiring for startups, tech companies, or data-centric teams.
  • Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS).
