Role Summary

IT Recruiter – C2H

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end IT recruitment

  for Contract / C2H roles across multiple technologies
• Work on

  mid to senior-level technical positions

  including Developers, Leads, Architects, and niche skills
• Source candidates using

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, referrals, and market mapping

• Screen candidates for

  technical fit, contract readiness, availability, and compliance

• Drive

  daily submissions and interview closures

  aligned with client SLAs
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer rollouts and onboarding
• Engage with candidates to ensure

  offer acceptance and joiner conversion

• Maintain accurate data on ATS and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with

  Account Managers / Sales teams

  to understand demand and priorities
• Ensure adherence to

  contract hiring documentation and payroll readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in

  IT recruitment

  , with strong exposure to

  Contract / C2H hiring

• Hands-on experience hiring for

  IT services / staffing firms

• Good understanding of

  technical skills and roles

  across application development, infrastructure, cloud, data, and testing
• Proven ability to work in

  fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with

  client SLAs, TATs, and delivery metrics

• Familiarity with

  ATS, Excel trackers, and recruitment dashboards

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with

  large system integrators or enterprise clients

• Exposure to

  70–80% contract hiring

  mandates
• Candidates open to working in

  Coimbatore or Bangalore

  locations
