Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Mage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Partner closely with hiring magers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks.

Conduct prelimiry screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication).

Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly.

Drive offer magement, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation.

Work on volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as per business needs.

Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Support recruitment projects, events, and process improvement initiatives.

Required education

Bachelor''s Degree

Required technical and professiol expertise

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Strong sourcing skills (ukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).

Good communication and stakeholder magement skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.

Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordition skills.

Preferred technical and professiol experience

Good to Have

Experience in volume hiring, tech hiring, or diversity hiring.

Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping.

Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins, drives, hackathons).

Proactive and result-focused

Team player with a strong sense of ownership

Good interpersol and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
