Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and closure for technical roles.

2. Collaborate HR Head to Partner with department heads and technical leads to understand the requirements and hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

3. Assess candidate skills and match them with organizational needs. Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, networking, and campus hiring.

4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

5. Develop and maintain dashboards for Management Reporting.

6. Collaborate with HR Head for employer branding initiatives and represent SS Innovations at career fairs, industry events, and campus drives.

7. Stay updated on trends in engineering talent acquisition and the latest recruitment technologies.

Qualification:

Education:

Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminologies in mechatronics, embedded systems, electronic design, and software development.

Proven ability to independently manage multiple technical hiring processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Passion for technology and innovation.
