About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter with experience in US ITStaffing, especially in handling Prime Vendor clients. The ideal candidate should have strongsourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills to identify and place top-tier IT professionalsfor contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

 Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals throughvarious channels (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Internal Database, References, Networking,etc.). Work closely with Prime Vendors to understand their requirements, submissionguidelines, and candidate expectations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding client requirements toclosing the candidate. Negotiate salary rates and ensure successful candidate onboarding. Maintain and build long-term relationships with consultants and vendors. Update and maintain recruitment data in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay updated with current market trends, visa regulations, and technology hiring patternsin the US IT market.

Desired Candidate Profile:Experience

: 1–4 years in US IT recruitment with provenexperience working with Prime Vendors / Tier-1 Vendors. Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc. Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.). Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused individual.
