• IT Hiring & Talent Acquisition
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles including developers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, data specialists, and other IT profiles.
• Understand role requirements, technical skills, and hiring expectations by coordinating closely with hiring managers and clients.
• Utilise sourcing strategies such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and market mapping to identify and attract strong tech talent.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit through resume assessment and preliminary interviews.
• Schedule interviews, drive the selection process, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain and track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline strength, and conversion ratios.
• Assist in onboarding processes, collecting documentation, issuing offer letters, and coordinating joining formalities.
• Support internal HR functions such as maintaining candidate databases, updating HR systems, preparing reports, and managing recruitment trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR guidelines, and recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between HR, hiring managers, and operations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, workforce planning, and expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss open roles, candidate progress, hiring challenges, and market trends.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on talent availability, skill demand, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication, professionalism, and service orientation.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets, IT hiring trends, and the technology talent market.
• Experience in HR operations, documentation handling, onboarding, and coordination.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and deliver high-quality service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, recruitment portals, and sourcing platforms
