About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to engage and close top technical talent. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to fulfil critical hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and IT.
• Understand JD requirements, technical skill sets, and project expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, drive candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Talent Sourcing
• Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, StackOverflow, employee referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Use Boolean search, social recruiting, and advanced sourcing techniques.
3. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and selection criteria.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline quality, and market insights.
4. Screening & Assessment
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening.
• Evaluate candidate fit based on technical expertise, communication, attitude, and cultural alignment.
5. Process & Compliance
• Maintain ATS records, documentation, and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and HR standards.
6. Offer Management
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate engagement till onboarding.
• Reduce offer drops with consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
7. Additional HR Responsibilities (Optional/If Required)
• Support in HR operations, onboarding activities, employee engagement, and HR projects.
• Assist in bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in technical hiring within a product-based, service-based, or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, Automation, AI/ML, Mobile, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
