Role Description

This is a contract role for an Information Technology Recruiter at Bhopal As an on-site recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and hiring activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our client organizations.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring
• Ability to source and attract top technical talent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
• Certification in HR or relevant field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,228.68 - ₹45,000.00 per month
