Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across sales, credit, operations, and collections.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Handle offer negotiations, salary finalization, and onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements and SLA/TAT.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring trackers.
  • Coordinate with HRBP and functional heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and compliance standards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participation in job fairs/campus hiring.
  • Manage background verification and documentation for selected candidates.
