Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ratlam for a Branch Operations Manager at Roha Housing Finance. The Branch Operations Manager will supervise the branch's daily operations, ensure adherence to company policies, manage staff performance, and work closely with teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities include training and motivating team members, overseeing loan processing, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient operations, and fostering relationships with clients. The role also involves implementing operational strategies and achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Operations management skills, including operational planning, compliance, and process optimization
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to train, inspire, and monitor team performance
• Customer relationship management, customer service excellence, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of housing finance products and regulations is highly advantageous
• Proven ability to meet business targets and goal-oriented approach
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking, finance, or housing finance sector is preferred
