Market Intelligence: Analyze trends and provide insightful reports to hiring managers. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline using ATS tools. On-Site Flexibility: Engage with teams by being on-site twice a week. Analytical Skills: Analyze recruitment forecasts and market trends to shape strategies.
