If you are a B.Sc. Computer Science graduate with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment, this role is a perfect fit for you! As a Technical Recruiter , you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and hiring top IT talent across a range of technologies. Your technical understanding will help bridge the gap between candidate capabilities and project requirements, ensuring we bring the best professionals onboard for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements for IT roles including developers, testers, analysts, etc. Source and screen candidates via job boards (e.g., Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases. Conduct preliminary technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports. Build a strong pipeline of potential IT candidates for current and future needs. Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and time-to-fill metrics.
