Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment, especially in sourcing and screening candidates for Java Developer and Data Engineer roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical skills, hiring best practices, and the ability to engage with top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for Java and Data Engineer positions using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and pipeline reports.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically sourcing for Java and/or Data Engineering roles.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Good understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
