Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments. - Proven sourcing expertise across various platforms and channels. - Strong experience in using AI and automation tools for recruiting. - Ability to independently create and manage assessments, and iterate based on performance. - Deep understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and developer tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Highly organized and self-driven.
