You will leverage AI tools for recruitment, design role-specific assessments, analyze assessment performance, and continuously improve the hiring process based on data and introspection. Additionally, you will conduct first-round interviews, optimize hiring processes, maintain a recruitment calendar, and track key hiring metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and create targeted job descriptions. - Build pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques. - Leverage AI tools for recruitment, outreach, candidate review, and communication. - Design and manage role-specific assessments using platforms like TestGorilla. - Monitor assessment performance and suggest improvements. - Introspect on hiring outcomes and adapt the hiring playbook. - Conduct first-round interviews representing Wednesday's values, mission, and culture. - Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements. - Maintain a recruitment calendar aligned with team needs and company goals. - Track and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments. - Proven sourcing expertise across various platforms and channels. - Strong experience in using AI and automation tools for recruiting. - Ability to independently create and manage assessments, and iterate based on performance. - Deep understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and developer tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Highly organized and self-driven.
