We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of India IT hiring to support our staffing requirements with Top Implementation Partners, Service-based companies and Product clients. The candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment and daily reporting from our Velachery office. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for PAN India IT positions Work on full-time, contract & C2H hiring based on client needs Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Google, References & Internal Database Strong expertise in hiring for: Java / .NET / DevOps / Cloud / SAP / Salesforce / Network & Security / Full-Stack / Data Engineering / UI-UX / QA / IT Infra etc. Experience recruiting for Implementation Partners such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, IBM etc. Conduct screening calls to assess technical fit, communication & notice period Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer roll-out & joining follow-ups Maintain daily trackers — submissions, interviews, offers & onboarding Required Skills: 2 to 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Technical Recruitment Strong understanding of IT technologies & job descriptions Excellent sourcing & screening skills Strong verbal communication in English & Tamil Ability to handle high-pressure requirements and deliver on deadlines Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets & ATS tools preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Ready to join immediately?
