Sr. Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of India IT hiring to support our staffing requirements with Top Implementation Partners, Service-based companies and Product clients. The candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment and daily reporting from our Velachery office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for PAN India IT positions
• Work on full-time, contract & C2H hiring based on client needs
• Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Google, References & Internal Database
• Strong expertise in hiring for:
• Java / .NET / DevOps / Cloud / SAP / Salesforce / Network & Security / Full-Stack / Data Engineering / UI-UX / QA / IT Infra etc.
• Experience recruiting for Implementation Partners such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, IBM etc.
• Conduct screening calls to assess technical fit, communication & notice period
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer roll-out & joining follow-ups
• Maintain daily trackers — submissions, interviews, offers & onboarding

Required Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Technical Recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT technologies & job descriptions
• Excellent sourcing & screening skills
• Strong verbal communication in English & Tamil
• Ability to handle high-pressure requirements and deliver on deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets & ATS tools preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
