Job Brief:

Seeking a dynamic Candidate with US IT Industry knowledge to support client needs. If you're success-driven, aggressive, with a positive attitude, excellent communication, and rapport-building skills, we'd like to consider you.

Position: Associate Hiring & Talent Acquisition.

Experience: 1 to 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle IT requirements from US-based clients.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiate, and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Source and gather data from various job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Job Diva & Validate resumes for experience and verify work status.
  • Work on Contract, C2C, Permanent, and C2H positions.
  • Achieve a high conversion rate of submittals to interviews and placements.
  • Involved in marketing bench consultants to vendors and clients for their requirements.
  • Expertise in requirement analysis, resume sourcing, and screening.
  • Proficient with Boolean keywords, US time zones, visas (Green Card, OPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, H1B), tax terms (W2, Corp-Corp), and geography.
  • Search for requirements for the allotted bench through portals, groups, and contacts and share with consultants in a comfortable manner, Submit the resume to the recruiter.
  • Negotiate rates with recruiters to secure the best deal as advised by management.
  • Proactively build a comprehensive resume database for future and high-potential requirements.
  • Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company.
  • Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
  • Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
  • Keeping a track record of rate confirmation and making follow ups about the submissions.
  • Follow up with the vendors on interviews schedules and coordinated between consultants and vendors.
  • Responsibly coordinated with the consultants regarding start and end dates of projects.
  • Maintained the database of rolled off consultants, getting their resumes ready as well as keep track of contract details such as project extensions, start and end dates for existing resources.
  • Keep track of candidates roll off time (at least 2 weeks before) and getting their updated resume ready to market.

  • Basic understanding of client requirements.
  • Proficient in third-party sourcing techniques and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/ master's degree in any field.

Shift:

Monday to Friday

US Shift (6:00PM - 3:30AM IST)

Female Candidates will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹234,993.44 - ₹447,080.96 per year
