What You’ll Do 1) Edit brand films, TVCs, corporate videos, and other long-form content with a strong visual language. 2) Create digital-first, short-form videos (portrait and square format) for social media, ads, and campaigns. 3) Work with directors and producers to interpret visual treatments and bring scripts to life in post. 4) Handle end-to-end post-production, including rough cuts, fine cuts, sound sync,, and export for various platforms. 5) Adapt master edits into multiple formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16, etc.) based on the platform or campaign. 6) Add motion graphics, supers, and stylized transitions when required (without going overboard). 7) Stay on top of current digital trends and platform-specific storytelling formats (especially Instagram and YouTube Shorts). Skills Required: 1) Solid experience with Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve / After Effects knowledge is a big plus) 2) Comfortable editing across genres and formats, from a 4-min corporate AV to a 15-sec ad. 3) Understand pacing, rhythm, and how to build emotional arcs through editing. 4) Have a good eye for typography, color grading, and sound design. 5) Able to work under tight timelines and pivot fast - because sometimes the brief changes mid-way. 6) Bonus if you’re comfortable giving input during shoots or understanding shot composition.
