Role Overview: Wednesday is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who will play a crucial role in sourcing exceptional talent, leveraging AI tools for streamlined hiring processes, and continuously improving recruitment strategies through data analysis and iteration. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define job roles and translate them into targeted job descriptions. - Build pipelines using advanced and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. - Utilize AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, candidate review, and communication. - Design and manage role-specific assessments using platforms like TestGorilla or similar tools. - Analyze assessment performance, identify areas of improvement, and suggest changes to enhance hiring accuracy. - Conduct first-round interviews, embodying Wednesday's values, mission, and culture authentically. - Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process using data and recommend scalable improvements. - Develop and maintain a recruitment calendar aligned with team needs and company objectives. - Track and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in startup or fast-paced service environments. - Demonstrated expertise in sourcing across various platforms and channels, with a focus on sourcing as a primary responsibility. - Proficiency in utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance recruiting workflows. - Ability to independently create and manage assessments, and iterate based on performance feedback. - Deep understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and developer tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in recruitment strategies.,
