Manage project scope creep and ensure client expectations are met. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and identify potential roadblocks. Track and manage project budgets and resources effectively. Webflow Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Webflow's capabilities and limitations. Guide design and development decisions to ensure optimal website functionality within the Webflow platform. Stay up-to-date on the latest Webflow features and best practices. Agile Methodology: Implement Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Conduct sprint planning meetings and user story creation. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to maintain team focus and transparency. Adapt and iterate on projects based on ongoing feedback and changing requirements.
