Core Responsibilities Capture, document, and maintain business requirements in BRD/FSD formats and update them in JIRA. Engage with Product Owner (PO) and users to analyze requirements, slice them into user stories, and agree on acceptance criteria. Elicit and communicate requirements clearly to the development team. Prepare test cases, execute testing during implementation, and demo/prototype features to the PO. Lead production issue resolution: own, assign, track, and close issues. Proactively identify and prevent defects from reaching production to minimize leakage. Required Skills & Expertise Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum: user stories, slicing, story point estimation, sprint planning. Strong payments domain experience: CASA, AMS, payment messages (SWIFT, ISO20022, PAIN, MTxxx, SFMS, NEFT, RTGS), clearing systems (CHAPS, etc.). Preferred: Temenos skills in Arrangement Architecture (AA) and TPH. 8-12 years as a Business Analyst in payments, with expertise in CASA, accounting, and payment products/formats.
