We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE , Spring Boot , and Microservices to design, develop, and deliver high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership including requirement analysis, architecture discussions, design, development, testing, and maintenance , along with leading a small team. Key Responsibilities Participate in requirement analysis and architectural discussions Create high-level and detailed technical design Lead delivery of multiple modules and ensure timely execution Develop, test, debug, and enhance enterprise applications Ensure high availability and high performance implementations Follow secure coding practices and industry standards (OWASP, PCI) Maintain documentation as part of project deliverables Mentor and lead a team of 510 members Required Skills Core Skills Strong in Core Java (Java 7/8/11) , J2EE Strong Object-Oriented Design & Analysis Experience in Multi-tier application development Strong understanding of SDLC Good knowledge of Design Patterns & Design Principles Backend / Frameworks Spring Boot Microservices architecture Struts / Spring Framework Hibernate / ORM frameworks Servlets, JSP Web Services RESTful Web Services SOAP Web Services Database Strong working experience in SQL & PL/SQL DB Design skills Servers / Deployment Experience with Application & Web Servers Working experience in WebSphere (or similar app servers) Working experience in Tomcat (or similar web servers) Tools Defect tracking tools like Jira Version control tools like SVN / Git Additional Skills (Good to Have) JMS / EJB UI frameworks: ReactJS / Angular Security standards: PCI, OWASP Experience Requirement Experience in Design, Development, Delivery & Maintenance of Java/J2EE applications Experience leading small teams and delivering enterprise-grade modules Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication Team leadership and ownership mindset
