Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements for IT roles including developers, testers, analysts, etc. Source and screen candidates via job boards (e.g., Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases. Conduct preliminary technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports. Build a strong pipeline of potential IT candidates for current and future needs. Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and time-to-fill metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse industries. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to efficiently manage candidate flow. - Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. - Conduct market research and salary analysis to stay competitive and make informed hiring decisions. - Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and provide valuable recruitment insights. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Mentor and guide junior recruiters, contributing to team performance and leadership initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices through feedback, analytics, and process optimization.
