Talent Acquisition Manager
who can help us find and attract the best talent across
Technology, Digital Marketing, and Sales
— the three engines that power Prune’s growth story.
What You’ll Do
1. Own and Drive Hiring Across Core Verticals
- Build and execute end-to-end hiring strategies for
Tech (Engineering, Product, Design)
, Digital Marketing
, and Sales & Operations
. - Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs for scaling across cities and new business verticals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — with a sharp focus on quality and speed.
2. Tech & Product Hiring
- Work closely with the tech and product leads to identify and attract high-performing engineers, backend developers, QA testers, and UI/UX designers.
- Understand technical stacks (Flutter, Node.js, React, Python, etc.) and assess candidate fit beyond just the résumé.
- Build a steady talent pipeline through proactive outreach, tech events, and digital communities.
3. Digital Marketing & Growth Roles
- Hire top-tier talent for roles such as
Performance Marketing Managers, SEO/SEM Specialists, Content Strategists, CRM & Automation experts
, and Designers
. - Collaborate with marketing leadership to identify data-driven and creative profiles that can accelerate customer acquisition and engagement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital channels, campaign metrics, and creative hiring nuances.
4. Sales, Field & Partner Network Hiring
- Manage hiring for
Sales, Business Development, and Partner Operations
teams — including field executives, area managers, and regional leads. - Understand the on-ground sales ecosystem, activation processes, and channel management to identify high-impact performers.
- Build scalable systems for volume hiring while maintaining cultural alignment with Prune’s energy and values.
5. Build Prune’s Employer Brand
- Own and amplify Prune’s
employer brand
across social media, job platforms, and campus networks. - Design recruitment campaigns that reflect Prune’s youthful, tech-led, and people-first DNA.
- Ensure every candidate touchpoint — from first call to final offer — reflects warmth, transparency, and energy.
6. Be a People Partner
- Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and structured assessments.
- Collaborate with the HRBP team to design onboarding journeys that feel seamless and inspiring.
- Track and report key metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, diversity ratios, and source effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years
of full-cycle recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech, digital, and sales hiring
.- Proven experience hiring in fast-growth, digital-first, or consumer-tech environments.
- A mix of creativity and structure — able to design hiring processes and bring fresh sourcing ideas.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong ownership, energy, and curiosity.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Lever, or similar) and recruitment analytics dashboards.
