Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from understanding client requirements to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

• Follow up with candidates till joining and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.

• 0-1 years of experience

• Freshers can also apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
