Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Rajkot. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, coordinating with the production team, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities : Manage the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Work closely with the engineering team to optimize the manufacturing process, identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget. Manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met, and that the factory complies with all relevant regulations. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Manage inventory levels to ensure that production is not disrupted due to material shortages. Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as needed to optimize efficiency and quality. Prepare and present Daily, weekly and monthly performance report as defined (KRA). CNC machining working experience (+3 years) with basic maintenance knowledge Interpersonal Skills / Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a window fabrication factory or a similar manufacturing environment. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
