🚀 We're Hiring: Head of Bill Payments – Digital Business 📍 Location: Noida / Hybrid | 🕐 Experience: 10–15 years | 🧠 Industry: Fintech / Telecom / Utilities Join us in building one of India’s most trusted platforms for online bill payments. We’re looking for a driven and strategic leader to own and scale our Bill Payments business across electricity, gas, broadband, DTH, and more. This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L responsibility. What You'll Own: 📈 Business P&L: Own revenue, GMV, customer growth, and category-wise margins. 🤝 Partnerships: Lead biller and aggregator relationships (BBPS, APIs, direct). 🧠 Product Collaboration: Drive seamless, user-first journeys with Product & Tech. 🚀 Growth: Launch and scale user campaigns, loyalty/rewards, and retention levers. ✅ Compliance: Ensure alignment with BBPS, RBI guidelines, and payment operations. What We’re Looking For: 10–15 years of experience in fintech, telco, utilities, or payments domain. Strong understanding of BBPS, digital payments, and the recurring bill ecosystem. Proven track record of building or scaling a digital bill payment/recharge product. Experience working with product, tech, ops, and marketing cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership bias and a data-led approach. Bonus if You’ve Worked With: Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Freecharge, Razorpay, Airtel, Jio, Tata Play, NPCI, or similar platforms.
