We aim to enhance customer experiences by offering innovative services, ensuring convenience, and building strong customer relationships.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Manager – CRM & Retention to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven CRM strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retention marketing campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and leveraging analytics to enhance customer lifetime value.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention Strategy: Develop and implement CRM & retention strategies to reduce churn and increase repeat transactions.Lifecycle Management: Design and execute personalized engagement campaigns across different customer lifecycle stages.Email, SMS & Push Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted communication via email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage customer insights and analytics to drive segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing efforts.Loyalty & Rewards: Build and manage loyalty programs that enhance customer stickiness and drive repeat purchases.Customer Feedback & Insights: Monitor customer behavior, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.Automation & Tech Integration: Work with tech teams to implement CRM automation tools for efficient customer engagement.Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track key CRM metrics such as retention rates, repeat purchase rates, and engagement scores, and provide actionable insights.Key RequirementsExperience: 4-7 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or customer lifecycle management, preferably in a D2C, telecom, or e-commerce setup.CRM Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar.Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking using Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools.Communication & Creativity: Ability to craft compelling customer communication and engagement strategies.Tech-Savvy: Understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and integration with CRM systems.Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify pain points in the customer journey and drive innovative retention solutions.Why Join Prune.co.in?Opportunity to work in a fast-growing D2C brand with a customer-centric approach.A dynamic and collaborative work environment in Noida.Competitive salary with performance-driven incentives.
