Performance Marketing Specialist Experience 5-8 years Location Noida Department Marketing Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop & Execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Facebook Google Ads (Google Search, Google Display,) YouTube Ads, Snapchat ads. Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for each campaign & Product collection. Create and optimize ad copy to ensure relevance and quality score improvements. Plan landing pages to maximize conversion rates. 2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR (click- through rate), CPC (click per cost), CPA (click per acquisition), and ROI. Generate detailed reports to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, clarity and first party attribution tools to assess traffic quality and campaign impact. 3. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various campaigns. Ensure budget optimization to achieve maximum results within the allocated spend. Bid & Budget Optimisation 4. A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify high-performing variations. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. 5. Competitor Analysis: Perform regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Identify and capitalize on industry trends and opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Facebook & Google Ads certification required. Proven experience of minimum 5 years in managing Google Ads campaigns and other PPC platforms, preferably in brand . Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, clarity, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2 / 2 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
