Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Management:

• Develop & Execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Facebook Google Ads (Google Search, Google Display,) YouTube Ads, Snapchat ads.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for each campaign & Product collection.
• Create and optimize ad copy to ensure relevance and quality score improvements.
• Plan landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR (click- through rate), CPC (click per cost), CPA (click per acquisition), and ROI.
• Generate detailed reports to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, clarity and first party attribution tools to assess traffic quality and campaign impact.

3. Budget Management:

• Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various campaigns.
• Ensure budget optimization to achieve maximum results within the allocated spend.
• Bid & Budget Optimisation

4. A/B Testing & Optimization:

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

5. Competitor Analysis:

• Perform regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
• Identify and capitalize on industry trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Facebook & Google Ads certification required.
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in managing Google Ads campaigns and other PPC platforms, preferably in brand .
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, clarity, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
