Category Head - FMCG

We're looking for a seasoned Category Head to join our dynamic team in Quick Commerce! As a Category Head, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by managing and optimizing product categories across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Category Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute category strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

- Product Assortment & Pricing: Manage product assortment, pricing, and inventory to ensure optimal product availability.

- Marketplace Management: Create, update, and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns to drive sales and improve visibility.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to drive business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or retail.

- Strong understanding of quick commerce platforms, marketplace policies, and advertising strategies.

- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.

- Strong communication and project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing quick commerce platforms.

- Familiarity with data analytics tools and market research techniques.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
