We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales and operations leader with a proven track record of success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
As a Partner Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading our sales and operations functions, developing and executing sales strategies, and building high-performing teams.
You will work closely with our founding team to shape the company's overall strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Lead and scale the sales and operations teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape the company's overall strategy and direction
- Develop and manage sales and operations budgets, forecasts, and pipelines
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
- Develop and implement sales and operations processes and systems to support growth
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimal go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in sales and operations, with a proven track record of success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Experience in leading teams and managing complex sales and operations functions
- Strong understanding of sales and operations best practices, including sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
