Category Head

We’re looking for a Category Head to own and scale our PLUTUS EDUCATION (financial and accounting domain vertical) at Classplus.

If you love P&L ownership, building products, driving growth and working closely with sales & marketing, this role is for you.

What you’ll own:

1. Full P&L and growth for the Category

2. Strategy (new GTMs), pricing and portfolio of courses/programs

3. Working with Marketing & Sales to drive high-quality leads and conversions

4. Revenue hygiene & funnel performance (VCs, follow-ups, conversions)

5. Student experience & outcomes in partnership with academics/ops teams

You’re a great fit if you:

1. Have 3–8 years of experience in category management / business ownership / P&L / growth

2. Have worked in EdTech / Test Prep / Higher Education / Professional Courses (preferred, not mandatory)

3. Are comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and targets

4. Can collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Faculty and Operations to drive outcomes
